Gasket made of cork

This is a good-sized cork gasket. I don't like using cork because it breaks if you put too much pressure on it, but it worked perfectly with the 109 inch-pound torque of the 12mm bolts on a 1985 Toyota 22R motor with no leaks. Make sure your thread surfaces are clean, use an accurate inch/pound torque wrench, and keep a close eye on the protrusion of the gasket as you tighten the bolts in a uniform pattern if you want the best results from this gasket.
