Poor customer service. The inside of the throttle body was found to have been sheared off within a few months and a few thousand miles. As far as S2 is concerned, I have to take that up with Amazon since they refuse to honor their warranty program. There is a warranty card in the boxes of S2 products. The company offers a warranty on their products. However, they will do whatever it takes to escape its obligations.
The problem is. My add on kit didn't fit and I had vacuum leaks when it warmed up and I had idle issues. New gaskets were made to fit the supplied parts and the issue was resolved. It is difficult to find specific directions on the Internet. As you get used to your new car, you'll need to adjust.
This unit disappointed me when I received it the bolt that holds the throttle butterfly broke off when I unboxed it. This product was not clear or easy to understand, and I would never buy it.
I was very pleased with my purchase of a name brand part at such a great price.
It is a very solid piece of work. Besides the great price, the item is also very well made. Thanks so much!.
