This is an o ring for an eha valve. Two black fuel inlets on the side are required for an 8-cylinder engine.

Material that is superior to OEM. Anyone with a 25-year-old car that uses Bosch CIS injection should have this replaced or installed. Before you do anything, make sure you understand what you're doing and why you're doing it.
