Product Description

A new replacement part for OEM number 12577029, 12609500, 67-3002, 217-3108, 337-02165, S20009, TBR004, ETB0016, designed to meet or exceed OE specifications.

During acceleration, the throttle valve can increase power by self-adjusting the intake, the intake function can be corrected if the throttle valve is opened to the maximum extent, it will stop injecting fuel to create clearance in the cylinder and this will allow the engine to perform normally. The operation function involves controlling the flaps, controlling the intake air volume through the use of a sensor, and giving power boosts.

TROTTLE BODIES The throttle body acts as an electronic flap, or "valve", that controls the amount of air entering the air intake. Accelerator pedal angle determines the angle at which the flap is flipped. An increase in the angle of reversal means an increase in intake air volume, with the air flow sensor measuring that. Amounts of intake air are detected by the ECU, which then controls the amount of fuel injection based on the selected intake air quantity, maintains a proper air-fuel ratio, and is in charge of maintaining combustion conditions.

I was able to get it to work I am using the latest version of Windows 9, version 6

The 2006 Impala 3 worked great with this kit. V6 engine with 6 liters of displacement. The OEM TPS was malfunctioning and would hesitate under hard accelerations as though the transmission was slipping and several times went into reduced engine power limp mode. When the new throttle was installed, the engine ran rough for a few seconds before learning it. If there are any issues with the component in the future, I will update this post.
