These small assortment cases are one of my favorites. I have a number of them, each with a different theme. If you do a lot of DIY projects, these assortments can save you a lot of time. br>I used these green o-shaped o-shaped o-shaped o-shaped o-shaped o- While overhauling the A/C system on my 1983 Mercedes 300 SD, I came across these rings. I was able to find all of the sizes I required in this assortment. So far, there have been no leaks, so the quality appears to be good. br>br>It's highly suggested.
These were purchased in order to increase my o- ring collection (I used to own a black o-ring) ring assortment kit that didn't have a lot of smaller options) and it's held up well in the applications it's been used in so far. br>The lack of mention of AC capability on the box itself is why I gave it four stars. The Amazon ad claims that these are "heavy duty" and "AC compatible," but the box does not state that. Hopefully, unlike the AC versions, they aren't just green dyed to deceive us into thinking they'll last longer. br>I put mine on my car's windshield washer pump, and it hasn't leaked yet. br>If there are any problems in the future, I'll let you know.
I used the Pangolin O rings within a week of receiving them when we lost the O rings from our garden sprayer. We would have gone to the hardware store to get what we needed if this collection hadn't been on the shelf in my garage. You might be able to find a larger assortment at a lower cost per unit if you use a lot of O rings for some reason, but if you only need a decent assortment for emergency situations, this is definitely the most cost-effective option.

The rings themselves are said to be made of HNBR, a material that is more environmentally friendly. br>I've discovered that they can be stretched, but they don't fully recover their original size and shape. I've installed rings before, and they do return to their original size if only slightly stretched, so be careful not to stretch them too much when installing these. Hopefully, they'll last a long time and can be used in a variety of applications, as the marketing suggests. br>I'm going to start with a four-star rating for these. Hopefully, as time goes on, the rating will be maintained or improved.
Case is made of sealed plastic. At home or in the shop, this product is fantastic. Being able to choose from a wide range of O- Rings are just as important as having a variety of nails and screws in the house. Nothing is more frustrating than needing a specific size and type of screw and not having it, or having your kitchen faucet disassembled and discovering that all you need to fix a problem is a single O-ring. So here, in green, is the vast majority of O-rings that you don't have. Ring sizes that you're likely to come across in everyday life. I'm not sure if these will last longer than black rings, which I've found to be short-lived in my experience, but I'm hoping the formulation has improved along with the color.
