Could you contact the seller I am experiencing similar problems, but the seller told me that I have no warranty, even though the warranty date says 13 months. This seller was a Bs on Amazon, so that's why he went to ebay
I did not need to program the throttle body, but take a look at the duct to make sure it is not cracked.
I did not receive any gaskets with my machine. It did not have a gasket either on the factory one I recall.
In my car there is a manual transmission. Part of it isn't meant for manuals, according to the store clerk. The automatic setting is for the computer. Amazon had to receive it back from me

The Chevy Aveo worked like a charm with this car kit. You will need a couple of hours to install this OEM part. It fits exactly as advertised. When the throttle body is removed from the car, its coolant hoses can remain attached to one another on the back side and underside of the unit. When you remove the unit from the vehicle, they can be reinstalled on the new unit. In addition, you will need to remove a gasket from the plastic intake that screws onto the throttle body, which is removed with a pick. Specifically for a 2009 Aveo 5, the gasket was descripted as Item 61638 of PRO 6160 series.
There have been intermittent issues with power loss and jerkiness in my 2011 Aveo. The throttle body was replaced with an excellent AC Delco unit, along with the pedal sensor which is also recommended for replacement when replacing the throttle body. I have become alive with my Aveo. It feels powerful now and I no longer experience the jerkiness or This is a must-have for any Chevrolet Aveo made between 2009 and 2014 In 2011, the engine was upgraded to an Ecotec.
I started with installing the coolant hoses after I had mounted the throttle body to the intake manifold. To make sure that the clamp was properly secured on the coolant hose, I pulled it out of the throttle body, causing the hose never to attach properly. Quality control is pathetic in this case.
You need to be careful with the plastic coolant lines which will break just by looking at them, otherwise, the install was pretty simple.
Not only does it replace the exact part, but it is less expensive than the ones you can find on line as well.
I really like the way this works.
Applied to address a "limp home" problem in the Aveo sedan we purchased in 2011. The replacement of the part was easy (compared to some alternative part replacements), and the diagnosis was resolved You can find the code here & here Here's the problem. I am very glad you have done Thanks so much!.
