Our 2008 Suburban LT was fitted with this when the throttle body was replaced. A perfect OEM part that is not necessary, but perfectly suited for the application. Despite having 175k miles and 12 years on it, the stock gasket still worked perfectly. I also did the same job on a 2007 Silverado 4WD. The gasket in that car has over 200k miles and it is still supple. You should buy this gasket over the other part number that costs twice as much but is recommended by GM. The results are the same on all counts!.
Excellent quality and OEM product. Although I wish I had taken the reviews into account, I would now have been able to fix my issue. One hundred percent of the ring I pulled out of the 2008 suburban was in good condition. Considering that the rings don't actually wear out, it's understandable that the old ring was as pliable as the new one (felt the same) as well.
It is a very good product with excellent sealing properties as well as being very easy to install.
A 217-series ACDelco On my 2008 Yukon XL Denali, I purchased a 2424 GM Original Equipment Fuel Injection Throttle Body Seal along with the ACDelco Throttle Body. It seemed like a good idea to replace the seal along with the throttle body in order to ensure that the problem would be properly addressed.
This product did a good job of cleaning throttle bodies after being properly packaged.
It's a work.
The system was installed in a 2012 Suburban with the 2005. The third level. The one I removed was the exact same as this one.
It is made well.
