Once it was installed, I didn't have to program it. It was installed, the wiring harness was attached, and the throttle was re-tuned We set up the procedure ( turn the ignition half way and press the pedal to the floor, then release it slowly), fired it up, and it ran flawlessly. It has been six months since that went down and nothing has changed

I would like to know if this part works for a Jeep Compass What is the zero year of ?

The order is for our daughter's Jeep compass 2012 number two. It had been a long time since I had any experience but I replaced it in about an hour and all three lights dissipated. It had been on with traction light, ABS light, and check engine light. Once you installed this, they disappeared all at once. In case you still have problems after installing this you may need to take it to a mechanic so he can hook up his computer to the car's computer, which is called relearn computer. I paid $20 to have my daughter's car reprogrammed and it now works.

I do not see any mention of a Doege Journey three. How about 5L?

I am using the throttle body on my 2013 Dodge Avenger with no problems. You can find it on Amazon for about one-fourth the price that you can pay from a local auto parts store. My car is now running smoothly again after I got it Wednesday. I ordered it on Sunday and received it on Wednesday.

I ended up working with what I had, so it's not perfect

It was a bit challenging to plug the male sensor into this female sensor plug in receptacle on this replacement Electronic Throttle Body Assembly. I had to plug the two sides into each other for about 20 minutes. It is simple to slide the male plug in and out of the female sensor plug receptacle on the original Electronic Throttle Body Assembly. was equipped with a gasket, as stated in the advertisement. I was able to start my car without any issues after I changed the replacement unit.

Installing the device is fairly simple just plug it in. To have enough hoses out of the way for a semi-truck to pass through is the most challenging part of the job It is important to have a clear work From start to finish, you might be able to finish the job in two hours if you know a little about car repairs. I might be able to make 3 with the help of I installed this in a 2016 Jeep Patriot and the performance improved immediately. Codes reset themselves when the code is entered. A gasket was included as well. The price of about $60 is too good to pass up. Spending money well was well worth it.

Getting the job done isn't as easy as you might think, but with YouTube and an hour or two, you will have it On a 2013 Jeep Patriot, this was an easy drop-in replacement. I like that this came with the gasket, and there was no programming required. So far, it has performed flawlessly,, so it is well worth the initial investment (and the cost savings).

I like the construction and it's well made. Shipping was very prompt and everything was packaged well. On a 2010 Dodge Caliber with a 2. liter it went in just like factory and the computer did not need to be programmed. There are no 0L. It is as simple as plugging in and playing.
