I don't see "rebuilt" in the heading like other sites I've seen. Is this a new or pre-owned model?
I'm not sure if the one I bought was refurbished or not, but it wasn't used in any way. It was either new or rebuilt, and when it comes to components like this, refurbished is often preferable to new.
