Fits Acura TSX models from 2006 onwards

The fitment guide says it doesn't, but if you look up the part number in an Acura parts store, you'll find it's the same one (for $100 less). Because I'm used to the Honda box/clear plastic bag with the red parts sticker, the box and wrapping looked odd, but the unit that came off was a perfect match to the new unit.

Let's see if there's anything else I can get. It's been switched, so there's that. Let's see if I can get more than three years out of this one like I did with the POS Gates tensioner (approximately 30K miles). The original Honda that came with the 2006 CR V (UK model) was replaced after 110K miles and 7 years simply because the belt was beginning to show signs of wear.
