Keep in mind that, according to my Honda dealer, I received a counterfeit sensor. I couldn't read the lettering on the one I received because it was so faint. Aside from that, the name was off to the side. When you compare the two, it becomes clear. Also, the diameter of the fake was slightly smaller, and it didn't fit in the hole nearly as snugly. The embossing on the real one should be similar to the oem one you removed. It could have been returned because the honda bubble wrap it came in was not sealed.
