In the case of a 4, you will make a 1. From a 0 to a 4, the stroked out is The answer to this question is YES.
There is no difference in the diameter of the outside and the inside. It is the inside of the throttle body that has the largest intake difference.
All the parts I needed to replace my throttle body on my XJ are included in this kit. Adding this to my Jeep was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The following is a highly recommended read.
The installation was performed on a 1997 XJ equipped with a flat spool type K&N filter Cold air intake in the winter. To cut down both the throttle body adapter and the K&N pipe, I had to cut them down A sufficient amount of space is needed to close the hood of the intake body. Additionally, I padded the top of the intake to prevent it from making contact with the underside of the hood, which could cause rattles. Having now succeeded, I am happy with the result. However, I am not certain if it will apply to the 1991 XJ. My other 97 Jeeps do not run near as well as this one now and I'm amazed at how well it runs. My next step is to do it for the others as well.

The answer is yes! It only took me 30 minutes to install, to fire it up, and to notice a difference immediately. Especially from idle to 3500rpm, this makes a huge An XJ Sport 4 version of the Jeep Cherokee is installed on a 2000. This is 0. In addition to the installation, I hooked up the Stage 2 Air Intake system from AFE. Looking forward to following up in a couple months to see how the mileage has changed. We did a great job under the hood with this Please see the update. It has been an awesome performance. Crawling and climbing with the throttle pushed much more easily while off road or when climbing is nice since the car does not require as much pushing. There has been no change in fuel mileage, at 21 highway miles and around 17 city miles and off-road The road is in good condition. The way you do things will determine how likely you are to succeed. Even my mechanic is interested in getting one for his Jeep now. I have let a few people drive my XJ and they say the first thing that comes to mind is what did I do because it is so crisp and responsive. This update was posted on August 22nd, 2017. Performance is still great, but even more changed on my Xj, such as the new headphone jack for 4. 1. $33 for lockers and 10 for a desk. This lift is 5 inches wide. Typically, mileage is between 16 and 18 miles per day. In the end what matters most is the power that can be had on an engine that has accumulated 250,000 miles. As part of my winter upgrades, I'll be upgrading the exhaust system with a complete Barnet system and 12 port injectors.
Last year, I had almost 5 years of experience upgrading or modding my 1998 XJ. It includes a heat exchanger, electrical cables, a battery, a timing chain, a real-time clock, and a high-performance alternator There is a flow cat and a In my opinion, this is the best, most cost-effective upgrade I could do. As it was the most expensive item, I was putting it off to the end, but now that it's in my cupboard I feel foolish. A few extra millimeters results in all of the following things for my specific setup It saved me gas long term because I lowered the idle by about 150 RPM A large increase in torque and power over the entire power band, especially over 3K rpm As a result, the motor runs at much lower RPMs than before I am saving gas by doing this I just think it accelerates and runs better than ever The original engine and transmission are still in the vehicle, and there are 250K miles on it. My next 250 miles are looking forward to thanks to this BBK Throttle Body. I'm on my Jeep!.
A couple days ago, I installed this in my 2003 Toyota On one of those idiotic spacers, I was running a stock throttle body. The only thing I wanted was a new one as I wasn't experiencing any problems. The package came with everything I needed, it was easy to install, and it ran correctly. In my case, I removed the spacer, which gets a bad rap Do not expect more horsepower from this, but do expect it to run well. The update is During a hill climb, I got the feeling that I was losing power in the dunes. pulled much better than before and did not lose power like it did in the past. I am very pleased with the changes.
My throttle arrived about a month after I purchased it and I didn't install it until then. As soon as it was installed it began to leak vacuum from the shaft seal after a week. The customer was past his return date, so Amazon could not assist. I contacted BBK for assistance. The manufacturer claimed to have never had a shaft fail when a throttle was attached. It was actually stated that the throttle was not sealed from the shaft, which made absolutely no sense to me. On the shaft, there are seals. My warranty claim was then directed to Amazon due to an agreement they had with Amazon. I guess this is a long story. I'm the only one who has ever received a defective throttle from BBK and they have refused to help me resolve the problem, fix it, or replace it.
A big thanks is due to the awesome team at Amazon who accepted the return once the manufacturer had responded.
The installation process is simple. This is what really got my four stars in 2002 - a Jeep TJ. A feeling of power at low range is much stronger than at high It feels extremely responsive in combination with 12 hole injectors, but the part of the butterfly valve that sticks out and is inside the sensor sticks out a bit further than the original one, causing the sensor to not close as it should. It gave me the clearance back when I used two 5mm washers on either screw. With a little white lithium grease on the spring, it is smooth as glass.
I'll begin with a few points, and then I'll move on to Please note In order to make the idle sensor fit on the new TB, I had to shave it down slightly. It was necessary to cut two of the gaskets in order for them to My old sensors fell off when I used the torx supplied to remove them from my TB - it broke completely off I had trouble figuring out why the butterfly was stuck wide open after removing the battery to clear the computer. I used a micrometer to measure the butterfly rod and my TPS but it still stuck wide open when applying throttle (see below). They are both right for each other. My TPS not only bond with the butterfly's rod when I lightly bolted it onto the new TB, it also bound with the TPS when I tightened it. The solution I came up with was to evenly space the TPS away from the new TB using 2 flat washers. I succeeded in doing this. *Focus on review Please note The car won't stop for downshifts as I climb hills. Please note Today, I just wanted to drive my Jeep all over since it was more fun to drive than my sedan*- My 4 regained its sense of alertness after this new TB. After I just put a new comp cam, springs, and roller rockers I've added even more 0 - I've got a Borla exhaust that sounds so much better! ---- It is as if new heads have been installed. The engine has very noticeable power increase, almost as if they have become new.
However, it is the only component of the Jeep 4 that truly makes a difference. Using the 4 hole injectors and the straight six is the first step, the next step would be the Sprintex supercharger There is a big lesson I learned if you own a Jeep TJ with cruise control, don't break the plastic end of the cruise control cable when it's being removed from the throttle body. They no longer manufacture the cable and they are all purchased up. Each and every one of us breaks the cable. It is even difficult to find used ones.
