Can this pump be used with Delphi pumps?

I was able to operate it in an 88 Chevy Camaro with a Bosch 69238. You can install it on any fuel pump that is of the same type. FE0115 in Delphi would be the correct code.

Is this the correct fuel pump for my 1996 Chevy C1500 with a A Abigail fuel system?

I've used it on ACDelco pumps from 93 to 97 models. However, I've never used it on an Abigail pump

Is there a fitting for a 3/8" line in this?

There is no need for a new one just put it on the bottom of the fuel pump

I replaced the ignition coil in my 1994 Chevy truck directly. Replace this while you're installing a fuel pump if you're doing a fuel pump replacement.
