My device may have just been defective since it was just sprayed with diesel fuel all over. It has an inlet and an outlet and what looks like a bleeder at the top, so maybe that was the cause. Sadly, it didn't work upon arrival, it came in defective, and now they ask me to cover shipping costs to return it. Additionally, it appears to be an inexpensive Chinese part that costs $5.
