What are my options for obtaining a cone that fits an 1 3/8" carburetor. A su h4 carb is part of my 62 mga, and those need to be sealed! ?

It is not possible to purchase additional adapters I have the original SU synchronizer and have tried it. There is a part number 5746 available from Empi.

Could this be used What size Stromberg is 75" (TR6)?

This tool is what I use when I have CD 175 Stromberg carbs on my TR 4.

Do you know if this works on outboard carbs with a 2 stroke engine?

Would it be possible for You to check the dimensions of your outboard carbs & pumps If they fit within the dimensions of this product, they may be able to be used. This Pro sync tool does not exhibit the dimensions I recall. You can find more information about it in the description. It is my hope that this will be helpful to you! It was a pleasure working with you.

Are you aware if the carburetor on a 1974 Honda cb550 works?

The kit includes two adapters but I'm not sure whether it'll work on a honda cb550, so I apologize for the delay

Adapter buyer beware! an excellent item but you must be careful with it

This item would have been better informed about whether or not adapters would be needed if it had been shipped earlier. Even when I purchased the adapters, I found out the unit by itself worked better than In my case, I needed the adapter for my Weber 34mm ICT dual carburetor application, but the adapter wouldn't Two of the cutouts in the adapter did not match up It is imperative that EMPI provide more information about the adapters so that people do not purchase them without need. As well as the documentation, it should be improved.

I have been synchronizing carbs for nearly thirty years and have used numerous systems over the years. As far as I am concerned, this is the best product available on the market. There is no need for guesswork. There is nothing complicated about the readings. In order for the unit to get the most accurate readings, it needs direct access to the carburetors. Remove all air filter connectors and baffles. It was a very minor issue with shipping address, and the Seller provided me with good customer service.

I have no problems with it. No air restriction at all even with a tight fit. A dial that is easy to read is great for synchronizing carburetors.

To measure the intake for my Alfa with two Webers (DCOE side-drafts), I use this. There is a separate 90-degree adaptor required for the device. The software works great!.
