Is this compatible with the nitrous express 20421? Is it possible to use a 10 proton system in conjunction with a nitrous system?

No, 20421 is not a valid number. The only difference between the 10 kit and this purge is the fitting that comes with it, but I would recommend looking for the kit with the 4 AN fitting, which I believe is P/N 15600.

Will this work with the proton wet kit that I purchased?

Yes, it will simply ensure that the proton kit is complete - 6AN. They are, in my opinion -
