How do I know if my 1850 holley has a vacuum function? Is there a vacuum line from the side of my metering block to the vacuum advance at the distributor?

My engine is a 4160 Holley 750 double with vacuum between the m block and the distributor. There is no vacuum assistance with this choke cover. My stove is electric, and it only heats the house. This cover fit my holley perfectly and works flawlessly; some older ones have a heat riser, but mine does not; my double feed fuel line runs right in front of it, and I had no trouble installing it.
