Caleb, I ordered this kit for an 8hp 2 cycle engine from your website. I looked into the service manual for engines and found the following info The Model Year of production started in 1986. Serial Numbers 0A197112 and Up (USA) and I found 9, but it was all I had. A total of 9 were made between 1994 and 1995 The years 1996, 1997, and 1998. It doesn't have anything to do with the 1987 series. There is no way for me to be sure whether this fits. My manuals are ready for you to check, so you can make sure all your specs are accurate. It's also a good idea to contact local customer service directly rather than relying on a third party. Ensure that the information they give you is accurate. You're off to a great start!

Since the original gaskets have been in place since 1988, it may be worth the extra money. I don't see any point in.
My carb has been rebuilt and I have all the gaskets that I need. This kit was exactly what I was looking for.
Various things. Kits like this one have all the parts necessary to rejuvenate an outboard motor and they all fit together The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the lack of directions which was not a major problem for me but may be for someone who is unfamiliar with it.
There are only diaphragms and gaskets. When it comes to OEM, there are no mistakes.
It was a perfect I liked it a lot.
