To rebuild the carburetor on my 2003 Moomba Outback ski boat, I purchased this kit. Holley 75021-E power plant is installed on the boat With an electric choke and a vacuum secondary, 1 600 CFM can be achieved. There were a couple of items that I needed to purchase separately to complete the rebuild, however the kit worked well. I have placed the intake manifold on a wedge shaped mounting plate so that the carburetor is set closer to the level since my boat is a direct drive, with the back of the engine rather lower than the front of the engine. Although the rebuild kit comes with a single base plate gasket, it was necessary to use two, one between the manifold and the mounting plate, and one between the mounting plate and A gasket kit containing two 5 mm parts we found at my local auto parts store (Mr. Gasket #54c) also met my needs. The power valve gasket has been used for only one power valve out of zero. It seems odd. It is important to note that in many applications only a single power valve is used on the primary metering block, and in my case, 2 valves. In place of the 5, a power valve of 5 is needed. There was no kit that came with it. This was something I had to purchase If you are using a Holley carburetor, please reference the carburetor list number on the site to determine what power value is required. As part of my rebuild kit, a cork washer was included, which I used for the electric choke. However, the kit did not include a cork washer for According to Holley, this is a shortage that needs to be addressed. Furthermore, the kit didn't include a new spark arrestor gasket with the kit. The automotive parts store in my city had these in stock, so I had to pick them up.

This kit is extremely comprehensive. An exploded view of the directions is called a direction. Holley's website is a good resource some parts are identical to those for other carburetors. From a 2006 Moomba Mobius LSV, I rebuilt the Marine 4150. Hope you have a great journey!.
