The throttle body will work with the GM throttle bodies from 1999 to 2007.

I applied this to a GMC Sierra 2500HD 6 from 2004. Extending the cab of an 0L vehicle. The rest of the text is unchanged. There was an AirAid Jr. system used in conjunction with this.
