The thin OEM part was already chipped before I had even taken it out of the package and it was less than half the thickness of the original manufacturer's part. This is a terrible product with horrible quality and a complete waste of.

To many mechanics don't know you are supposed to take this off the old filter (Allison 1000 Trans) and put it on the new one. I need to replace the one lost when I had the trans serviced last time.
