This valve is perfect for my 2013 Chevy Equinox. I used it just so others know we do in fact have a valve that aftermarket shops or autozone have said we don't have. We do, and this works and is a cheap alternative to fixing.
Because it is made of plastic, there is not much more I can say. Although it fit just as intended, keep in mind that it is made of The best way to install it is to let it sit in the sun for a few hours, but I did it at 31 degrees and it worked just fine. As long as you align the lines on the PCV valve and the rubber inlet, you should not have any issues.
Unfortunately, the material choice of the hose was not the best, but at least it cost less than rubber. After all, in a nanny state, you can't afford to make your repairs look cheap. To pass a smog check, it must have a clean a**. My goal is to replace the cracked line with a rubber line and clamp the next time it cracks.
I love the feel of the hose, but wish it was packaged better because packing a brittle hard plastic hose into a simple envelope is not a wise choice. Thanks to the fact that mine did not break.
It is an OEM replacement that is perfect! The part looks and feels just like the brand new one. * It has been almost 2 months since I received and installed this part on my 2010 Chevy Equinox LT, definitely the best buy, compared to paying $55 and waiting a week for O'Reilly s to get the product.
There is literally nothing to say that it does not work. It is made right.
The product worked great on my 2015 Chevy Equinox. I would recommend it.
The system seems to work well so far, no problems reported.
