one is the one to replace the old one, and since the outboard manufacturer buried the filter at the bottom of the motor, it is not hard to replace.

Worked on a 150 fourstroke engine

There is a Mercury 150 fourstroke available for 2014. To replace this filter, you need to pull it out through the yellow handle on the front of the cowl.

You will likely need a pair of these in most cases, or at least I did in mine. Under a mesh cover, one is on the port side, and the other is towards the back. This is an easy to replace part. It's a great deal for the price. Visit YouTube to learn how to replace a filter.
