It fits perfectly on the 2003 Ford Oil has to be added to the engine every 3 months or so. It's a lot easier to just replace it every six months or so. REMOVE THE RUBBER GROMMET ON THE TOP OF THE OLD FILTER AND SAVE IT. EXCLUSIVELY AT THE POINT WHERE THE AIR FLOW SENSOR SLIDE SINSIDE.
