I am not sure if that particular part number is correct We need to check the fit of the vehicle. In the distance, there are drops of water You can check as soon as you add vehicle information from the drop-down box.
My first one went out within a week, and my second soon followed. If you are offering free shipping, I would get two while you still have them.
I don't think it fits. The standard motor products part number AV7T is to be found
A 3/4 inch hose fits into the outlet, while the threads may be similar but I couldn't tell by looking at the pictures

3. Ordered an OEM air injection valve at a discount, and the cost was extremely low. An engine with a displacement of 3L. The part was shipped in AC Delco packaging quickly. matched perfectly with the original part and looked just like the original. The injection valve will be easier to loosen if you spray some Lubricant on the edges where the valve screws into the pipe thread. My more efficient method involved using a 2 foot long pipe slipped over a crescent wrench to increase my A very tight torque was applied to the old part! I found the solution to be ideal for my situation. I have had my truck running better and smoother since I did this. The change did not seem to make much difference to me. It's a fact that I won't miss seeing the check engine light. This is a highly recommended read!.
Someone else has mentioned in their review that the threads on this valve are not completely matched to the threads on its mating part. After the original valve has been removed, you can easily thread the original valve on and off its mating part by hand. You can eventually thread this ACDelco valve by hand once you remove the original valve, but it has a definite stop (telling me there may be a difference in thread pitch). You can use a wrench to force the part on once it reaches this definite stopping point (which you should not do as this will damage the mate), and a small amount of thread will show on the thing. The part will still not be as tightly threaded on as the original valve, even when it has been forced on. It was very important to avoid cross-threading the valve, but no matter what I did, it would not thread as far or as easily as the original part. I forced the part on since I had no choice, so I will update this if I run into any problems.
When searching for this check valve on this website, I was skeptical originally because a few people had said that the threads didn't line up correctly and it wouldn't fit fully. So I had to replace it in order to pass smog because my SES light kept coming on and throwing out the P1416 error code. Thus, I put in an order and let me tell you, it is the perfect fit for my 2002 Camaro SS. My experience was that it is a fairly easy replacement, but I did have a hard time tightening the check valve when I installed it, but I was able to do so without having to remove the whole tube assembly as some other reviews stated they had to. It has been over a year since I installed the check valve and drove the car around after erasing the code and my SES light has not come back on, and most importantly I passed Smog. I would definitely recommend this to all Camaro LS1 owners.
It fit like an original. The following tip will assist you with installation Before attempting to remove the old assembly, periodically apply some WD40 (or Liquid Wrench) to the threaded joint over a few days to help loosen the rust and facilitate removal. Wet the joint just enough to keep it from drying out on the hot exhaust but not too much or else it may smoke.
Although I would only give it one star, Amazon shipped it to me within 24 hours, so I would still give it a star. For a Pontiac Trans Am with an LS1, the threads do not line up exactly like the OEM parts. You can only thread it through a few turns because it moves with a lot more friction. Filling in the gap with Teflon thread tape was my solution. The best option would be to search for an original equipment manufacturer.
There have been other reviews with threading issues so I am a bit weary. As far as screwing on the check valve is concerned, I had no problems. When I put it on my 1999 Z28, it felt exactly like a pipe thread should. You should give it a try and you'll be buying another soon.
As others have reported, it was a tight fit, but I was able to get it on there once the metal tube attached to the manifold was removed and placed in a vice so it could be tightened. By doing that, it did not appear to strip the tube. There shouldn't be any need to replace the unit again for a long time. When I removed the previous one, I found that it was a lot harder to remove. have tried heating the WD40 with a torch after applying the WD40, but that did not A dental drill was needed to cut the nut into two pieces. Being a dentist, I have a lot of dental work. It would have been nice if I had bought the one with the tube already attached to the valve I saw.
The 99 Corvette model is compatible with this part.
