Yes, it does; my model is the AWD YF2/2008. Because some of the tips that act as locks did not match the exact location, some twisting was required to get it to fit. At least, that's what the hose I got was like.

This isn't the same as the original. For a job that should have taken 5 minutes, I struggled for 30 minutes. Both ends had to be lubed with silicon. There's only a smidgeon of it. It's a strained fit, and I'll have to check it periodically to make sure it hasn't popped off because the angle, length, and openings on both ends aren't exactly the same as the Honda part. I would have returned the part and purchased a replacement from Honda if it hadn't been such an old car with a lot of miles.
You'll have to reuse your old clamps, but it appears to be of good quality and was a direct fit/replacement for the air intake hose on my 2006 Honda Pilot. If your vehicle was manufactured between 2006 and 2008, you may be eligible for a rebate. This is the one for you if you want to be a pilot in 2008.
