The part was a perfect fit for my vehicle. You might want to look for a video on YouTube to help you with the installation. Installing it is relatively simple. The coil spring band that clamps on one end was the only problem I had. It's difficult to put it back on once it's been taken off. Snaking the coil from the other end of the hose, scotching it up, and holding it off the hose with some (pliers) was suggested in the video I found. They used the handles to assist them in moving it along the hose after punching a hole in it. It's difficult to move the coil spring because it's extremely tight and strong.

It really works. This is a great match for the Honda Odyssey EX-L from 2005. It is not difficult to replace, but allow 15 minutes or so for the job to be completed. The old air intake tube was brittle and needed to be replaced. Each time I touched a new piece, it would crack or break away. With silicone, I attempted to repair the old one. It appeared to be a disaster. The new one is very attractive and functional. Thanks!.
