It's an axle back, so it'll be fine. If you replace your catalytic, just be cautious.

The muffler is not audible while driving until you accelerate hard, at which point it becomes audible. The increase is not obnoxious; I've been using it for over a year and have found it to be satisfactory. The sound of high-speed driving is a low rumble that is easily drowned out by other road noises or music on the radio.
The only issue I have with this exhaust is that the flange end does not sit flush, causing a small exhaust leak, and the fitment is a little too high, causing it to rattle on my frame, but these are minor issues. The sound is fantastic!

I added some padding in the hopes that it will not burn quickly, but if it does, I may need to bend the outer holding bars to make room. I only recently installed it, so my opinion may change in a few weeks! It looks and sounds fantastic, and it's simple to set up. My Yonaka hat, lanyard, and license plate with two stickers were all included as part of the package.
br>br>The Advantagesbr>1. That sounds great! Under light to moderate acceleration, it's not obnoxious loud, but at WOT, it's aggressive.
2. It is possible to save weight by using a light material.
3. The tip isn't overly large, and it has a conservative appearance. br>br>The Drawbacksbr>1. Because the hangers aren't perfectly aligned, the muffler tip doesn't quite fit inside the bumper cutout.
2. The exhaust tubing rattles against my rear subframe near my differential as a result of the poor hanger fitment. As a result, I'll have to remove the exhaust to heat it up and bend the hangers to make it fit better. I can't say it's perfect, but for $150, I can't really complain. Overall, I'll be very happy with this exhaust once I adjust the hangers. br>br>Update 3/16/16: To get the rattling on the subframe fixed, I had to take my car to a muffler shop. They ended up cutting the tubing at the flange and re-angling the piping to give the subframe more clearance. The total cost was $50 US dollars. Even after factoring in the time and additional costs to make this axle fit perfectly again, I believe it is still a good deal and deserving of four stars.
At idle and at high rpm, the exhaust system sounds almost identical to that of a 350z/g35. It appears to be of good quality and arrived on time. It also came with a cool lanyard, which was a nice touch.
Except for a difficult-to-find gasket, it sounds great and came with some extras.
After hearing all of these obnoxious fart cans, I'm not sure what I'm going to do. This exhaust has a really nice tone to it. It's nice to hear a classy sounding exhaust after hearing all of those annoying fart cans, though the pipe does hit the frame.
It sounds VERY nice. Expected Time of Delivery br>Easy to set up. br>THAT SOUNDS VERY NICE. br>When accelerating, there is a good bass sound. br>It's nice and quiet when you need it to be.
