It will without a doubt. The scat pack, SRT, and hellcat chargers are all compatible. These appear to be wonderful.

Is it necessary to cut the factory exhaust or can it simply be bolted on?

It is necessary to remove the factory exhaust system. The factory exhaust valves, on the other hand, are left in place because the cut is made after the valves toward the exhaust exit.

Is this something that will fit an RT?

Hellcat or 392 are the only two options.
