A 94 1500 5 is what I have. It fits my truck perfectly and comes out exactly where it should, with a 7-step side and a 6-foot bed. Great exhaust for the price. I'm not sure how it will fit for you, but if you'd like, I can measure some things for you.

Let's face it, we're all a little bit cynical At home, no one wants to do exhausting work. All of the crawling on your back, as well as everything that gets in your eyes. Exhaust systems are also difficult to install. It took me about a day to set up this system. It took a day to take out the old and a day to put in the new. New manifolds and y pipe were also part of my new installation. The pre- The bends were perfect for my application, and the hangars were in the right spot. It was a great deal for the price, and it saved me money on labor.
On a 95 Chevy K1600, it was installed. br>br>Remove any existing exhaust. And it all fell into place without any effort on my part. I'd buy it again if I needed a budget exhaust. It's not too loud, and it was super simple to set up in my driveway with just a jack and some basic tools.
To begin with, this will NOT fit a 1994 Suburban. In fact, the box explicitly states as much. I wish the description (Amazon, I'm looking at you) said something similar. On the box it says 94- EXCEPT IN THE SUBURBAN AREA, 95 c/k 1500. br>br>Apart from that snafu, I'd give it four out of five stars. It fits reasonably well in relation to the hangers and over the back end, but the muffler's inlet and outlet are 90 degrees apart, and neither the muffler nor the instructions provide any information on orientation or flow direction. Pipes appear to be adequate, not spectacular, but at $150, it's a bargain. br>br>The sound is fine; it's a little louder than stock, and there's a slight drone above 2k rpm.
It's not an issue. It is very simple to set up. It's becoming more difficult to remove old exhaust. Cutting out the old pipe and removing the old muffler, as well as installing new piping and muffler, took about 30 minutes in total.
Excellent product with a fantastic free-flow exhaust system. Great throaty tone, and a great sleeper unit with an OEM appearance. For installation, I took it to a local exhaust shop. They had a difficult time clearing the rear shock. Even though the tolerance is still too tight, it does the job. Later on, I'll most likely reinstall. I own a 1994 Chevrolet K1500 4x4 extended cab short bed pickup truck. Perhaps I should have taken it to a performance shop or installed it myself and then had it welded later. br>I opened the box. All packaging was removed, despite the fact that it was still in new condition and there was no damage. Because the box was torn up pretty badly, the shipper most likely wanted to check for damage. That is how I discovered it on my front porch. You assume that this shipper is capable of transporting such a large package. But, hey, what do you expect in exchange for nothing?.
Easy to install, I bought band clamps instead of using the u-bolts, and it's a great deal for the price! style of bolt.
Installing is simple.
As if you were putting together a puzzle. Fuel economy has improved, and the vehicle is relatively quiet. The fit is perfect.
