The package arrived a few days after I ordered it.
I am driving a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and the unit was located behind the wheel well on the passenger side rear tire. It's on most Jeep's from 2013 to the present It's located in the same spot as it was in 2016.
It's located in the rear wheel well of the passenger side on a 2007 Dodge Magnum. To remove the plastic liner, you must first remove the lid.

I used this for my 2007 Chrysler 300C, and it worked well. In case you receive small or large CO2 leak codes or an error message like loose gascap, this is most likely the cause. Please do not replace your gascap, that is NOT the problem. Located inside the wheel well on the passenger side, the 300C can be accessed from the back. After you remove the wheel well inserts to see it, you can see it up there inside. During the installation process, you are likely to break the push pin fasteners holding in the wheel well liners, so pop out one ahead of time and buy a couple so you will be ready for reinstallation. As long as you're quick about it, it shouldn't take you more than twenty minutes.
A 2014 Cherokee 2 had an EVA leak that needed to be fixed. This is 4L. Although getting to the part is complicated as it is hidden in the rear passenger wheel well, if you are getting the check engine light that causes you not to start your car and increases rpms, the effort is worth it. I saved hundreds at a mechanic, and probably a grand at a larger dealership, with just a $20 part and an hour of my time.
Since last month, my vehicle's check engine light has been on. My vehicle was due for an inspection, so the check engine light needed to be resolved. I replaced the EISM with the new one.
I replaced the gas cap because the light on the cap was on. I didn't lose sight of the light. On the internet, they said this was most likely the case. Then I went to YouTube to find instructions on how to replace it. I changed the gas cap and the gas cap light went away. I found it behind the rear tire wheel well on the passenger side.
Despite changing the fuel cap twice, I still had a check engine light. I replaced the ESIM and the problem is now fixed.
Exactly what I needed. I found the installation to be relatively straightforward. We saved hundreds of dollars on repair bills due to fixing the problem.
