I'm very happy. When removing your old muffler, it would be beneficial for others to know that the existing exhaust pipes from the factory fit directly into the new muffler. I recommend cutting the pipes as close to the muffler as possible with a hacksaw. To complete the insulation, you'll almost certainly need two 2 1/8" muffler clamps. Also, suggest to future clients that they buy the spring-loaded muffler/cat coupler/connection kit.

XLT - 2004 Ford Ranger a perfect fit I bought the truck used and it had some minor mechanical issues

br>I bought everything from the cat back and installed the exhaust in my driveway. br>This is a perfect match for the truck's hangers. br>I used it as a middle frame/hanger while I lined up the exhaust and midpipe. br>It worked perfectly. If the need arises, I would purchase again. br>br>*Update
I must have dislodged some structural rust while passing a car the other day because the exhaust was much louder than normal. Re- cat's order- I've returned. Despite Amazon's claim that it isn't compatible with my truck, it appears to be in excellent condition. Rusty ranger continues to exist in the background.

It's a little shorter than the factory muffler, but it gets the job done

This is a pretty close match for my 2010 Ford RANGER. It's a little shorter, so the rear muffler hanger barely makes it. I'm afraid it'll fail in the end. br>It took about an hour to replace everything.

Even with a commercial account and pricing, this one was significantly less expensive on Amazon than at the local parts store. I intend to use this service again. Everything was lined up exactly as OEM, so it fit the truck perfectly. The hangers were also in the right place. This is what I used on a 2010 Ford Ranger 4cyl single cab. arrived in good condition and was well-packaged to avoid damage during shipping.

It was a perfect match. Simple to set up. Excellent craftsmanship. I try to do as many car repairs as I can myself, so nothing irritates or frustrates me more than when parts don't fit properly or are of poor quality. This muffler went on without a hitch, and I expect it to last for years, even through the harsh winters of New England.
