Is this a set of m8 or m10 studs? The description says m10 and says they should fit a 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier. M8 studs are on my cavalier. ?

These are M10-sized holes. The thread count is 50. Are you looking for the ones that attach the manifold to the top of the head?

What is the total number of items included in the purchase?

2 bolts and 2 nuts are all that is visible.

Will these studs fit the egr valves?

These are M10 studs for exhaust flanges. 50x 62mm

The GM 3 is not compatible with these

4 V6! The GM 3400 exhaust manifold and flange are not compatible with these! Every parts store will sell you these as if they were all part of the same computerized parts system. These studs have a diameter of 10mm.
