You need to maintain a straight tool, so take your time. It's a good idea to use a good drill press if you're going this When I tapped the hole on one head, I did not realize it might affect The idea of doing this was not a good one, but if I had waited to thread it, there would have been less material to It really helped in keeping the tool sharp and cool to use cutting oil. It is safe to say that you can use this tool without much knowledge of machine work providing the pilot has a non threaded hole and the pilot is lubricated. My hope is that someone else will not be as naive as I once was, but I know better now.
