No, I believe they are grade 5, but they are identical to the oem studs that came with my 1995 fxdwg.

I wouldn't say it's "exactly as advertised," but it's the polar opposite of that. My bike is a 2010 FLHX, but it isn't on the fitment list for these studs, and Amazon claims they don't fit my bike at all, despite the fact that these studs are identical to the specs on my bike and most other Harley baggers. Just make sure you know what you're looking for before you go out and buy something. br>br>These studs have the following specifications:br>br>This side screws into the engine block 5/16"- 5/16" x 18 x 7/8"Lbr>xbr>18 x 7/8"Lbr>xbr>18 x 7/8"Lbr>18 x 7 This side protrudes from the stud to catch the exhaust pipe flange and fasten the (2) flange nuts, one per stud.

The product is of poor quality

The quality is poor. They will complete the task, but proceed with caution. When comparing the quality of these to others, I'd pay a little more for better quality.
