Could our Dynomax 35648 be fitted with strap connectors that fit into the rectangular hole?

We will need to know how long to make the pipe from the 35648 to the Walker part. If it is not on the pipe, Walker has some bolt on ones, but we will need to know how long it needs to be from the pipe to the 35648.

Do you have any experience with it on a 2001 Trans Am?

Having a 2002 Camaro, I was able to unlock the right side just behind the rear axle with this method. My search for the factory body mount did not produce any results.
