NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY! This tool is the best ever and I am ashamed to admit that I just bought it today and not 20 years ago when I should have! NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY! The fact that I have been a helicopter mechanic for 18 years and just bought a set of these after spending countless hours struggling with exhaust hangars is embarrassing

It would ve been great to have known of this tool when I built race cars in my twenties. Last month I had to install a few exhaust hangars on my Ford diesel and fought with every single rubber part of that truck for hours! There are probably enough hangars on those Ford trucks that you could lift them from one. The rubber hangars are so large and strong you could probably even lift the truck. As it turns out, spray all kinds of lube, poke and prod with all sorts of different tools while pulling and fighting. You're wrestling with an alligator off your back, if you know what I mean. Exhaust hangars were impossible to remove after several hours of frustration. Having gotten older and wiser since then, I figure there must be a better way now. Amazon appears as a result of my search, and voila! It takes a while for me to get it. This is the time to switch the exhaust back and this time I'll use the tool to do so. You just need to spray some WD40 on the hangars, then use this tool for easy removal. You will no longer have to contend with hangars, they will simply slip off. In a matter of minutes, the job can be completed instead of taking 2 hours. These are just the kinds of things I wish I had bought It is hard for me to comment on other brands, but these ones are nice and well made.

You need to use this tool whenever you work on an exhaust system (even if it is only used The exhaust system replacement tool is a must if you need to change an exhaust system

Despite its high price, I almost decided against buying it. However, after crawling under my truck for a couple of hours to install a new cat-alyst-- I regret it now, I'm glad I bought it. This tool easily saved me from an aggravating experience with my back system. The hangers ended up being the easiest part of the exhaust removal using this tool, whereas some other blogs report horrible experiences when they try to tackle this portion of the job using If there is a rare situation where I would recommend a single-purpose device, it would be this A tool built for a single use I work part time. You can get good mental health for a low price Don't forget to use it even if it's only.

In order to install a trailer hitch on my wife's vehicle, I had to remove the exhaust. Before buying this tool, I used liquid wrenches, pry bars, and wrenches (recommended by the hitch directions) to remove the exhaust. Although this method worked in some cases, it did require a lot of effort in others. In one case, it didn't In the end, I decided to spend $15 and buy a set of The removal of one of the pieces was quite simple. As you can see, I managed to remove the hanger With some effort, I was able to remove the third hanger. This was the stuck one that prevented me from using my other tools to remove it. if you had this tool, it would be quite a hassle. There is no such thing as an easy way as Lisle would have you Third, with this tool it was not possible to access this data at all. In the event that you cannot align it properly, the tool will be of no use. It happened to me in that way. It was necessary for me to use other tools to remove the hanger since it was where the tool needed to be. Having to buy this tool and not being able to use it frustrated me a little. In all likelihood, this is the first time I will use the tool, so for $15, it seems a bit high to pay for a single In the event that you plan to remove exhaust hangers several times and have the clearance for them, they are worth the.

This did not work for me, so I'm not sure if I picked up the wrong one. My second use of the device caused it to break. What's worse is that I ended up breaking my finger when I got struck by the rock.

This tool is NOT something you should think twice about buying

This tool is a HUGE improvement over a pry bar for getting at exhaust hangers. Rather than cutting up the exhaust lining with a pry bar, do yourself a big favor and get this thing. Save yourself from anger and frustration by following these instructions. Additionally, I did not find this tool for sale in any brick-and-mortar store within 50 miles of my home Store that is bricks and mortar. I will give you a story approximately one month after using it to illustrate why it is worth the price My car is on jackstands at home when I lubricate hangers with KY jelly and use a tool for the exhaust swap. I put my car on jackstands at home when I swap exhausts. No drama even after 20,000 miles when it comes to removing the exhaust. I can do it in 10 minutes at most, with only one person. Nothing to worry about. Nothing to be frustrated about. As I arrive at the other guy's place to do the swap, I have my exhaust. A jack stands up next to his car. The two burly friends have been toiling for more than an hour attempting to remove his exhaust and the hanger has just become With 2500 miles on the system, this is a good result. A few cans of WD40 and PB Blaster are scattered across the room. Their frustration is evident, and they don't know where else to turn. apologize and state sorry, it looks like we cannot do the swap since it is hard to remove the exhaust from the vehicle. Having brought the pliers, I had them on hand just in case anything went wrong. As soon as I showed them, their expression of relief was obvious and immediate. It takes him just one minute to remove the exhaust from his The tool paid for itself many times over because of the time saved, the frustration avoided, and the increased life expectancy. If you need to do any sort of DIY exhaust work that requires rubber exhaust hangers, then you shouldn't hesitate to buy this tool!.
