Under the hood of my car, I used mine as a way to securely hold insulation. Aluminium might not be able to be held by this bond
I'm not sure what the heat rating is. As soon as it sticks, I continue to do that. The bond is strong. This adhesive works very well.
As far as I know, I've taken it up to 400 deg F without issues.
Its adhesive backing allows it to be adhered to surfaces. If you choose to use another adhesive, one can is sufficient. But, if you choose not to, remember to put it away.

In a nutshell, Thermo-Flex is the object of this review It is a spray-on technology After getting my car cleaned at a local car wash, I discovered my passenger door fabric panel was coming loose. I bought this to repair the damaged panel. This is my first time using a spray adhesive of this kind, so I did not know what to expect. The nozzle sprays out the adhesive more like a stream You can even adhere to anything with that method, depending on what you are trying to adhere to. I was able to easily pinpoint the adhesive more easily than I would have been able to if it was sprayed in a larger, more diverse As shown in my video review, I also used this on some foam. On the foam, I wasn't sure if it would work well, but in reality, it did. Before joining them, I sprayed an excessive amount of the glue on both pieces and let them get tacky as instructed. Although I was in a well ventilated area, I got a headache from this stuff because it was very volatile. It is not advisable to use this product in a closed space as the fumes are quite unpleasant. To get the most out of the can, you should hold it upside down for two minutes after you use it Apparently you can use a solvent to clean the nozzle if it gets clogged, though I have not yet tried that. Let the nozzle run for 4 seconds to clear the adhesive.
In my opinion, spraying on contact with 3M may work as well as or better than putting heat on it yet but I have not yet tested it. The adhesive doesn't hold well at room temperature and seems to take longer to dry than the 3M spray on contact adhesive. We have not driven the truck yet, so we don't know how this will perform under the hood of the truck.
I sneezed when I saw this product! It was the closest to anything I had ever seen. This is a highly powerful, fast drying formula. I enjoyed it a lot. However, one thing should not be done in closed or semi-closed There is a very strong scent of mixed chemicals in the air! The dizziness I experienced was still there after applying it to my garage with the garage doors fully open. to fully isolate yourself from the elements when applying the product. Even in the can it is clearly from that, I am VERY happy with the product. I highly recommend it!.
There is supposed to be a temperature range up to 160°F with this device. This product has been used to apply a sticker to an engine valve cover and now the sticker seems to be coming off after an hour or two. Maybe 130 degrees Fahrenheit is the maximum temperature that reaches the valve covers. It has been a disappointment!.
It works well.
This spray adhesive is working well for me. It has not caused me any problems. I am Ken *br.
As described, it worked. Insulation and carpet were attached to the roof of a fire department van using this tool. You're doing great, by the way.
Everything seems to be working fine. A very sticky substance.
