Although I ordered this in the spring of 2017, I haven't used it until now, in October It wasn't a worry for me since my trailer is stored inside, so it didn't take much time to service it. This is the second coat I've put on. I just wanted to say that I completely agree with what everyone else has said. I have a 31 foot class C that is 11 years old, and it has never had a I was not eager to wait to find out if there is a leak since no one has yet reported it. Clean the roof with a strong cleaner (Zep) and a shrub brush, and apply the first coat with a 4" brush, do the second with a roller, and apply a third coat with the remaining half gallon. I do not think a better product could be found for the price.
It hasn't been diluted at all and was eaten straight out of the can. The amount was enough for two coats on a 32 foot Roof looks like it has just been installed. Neither the roof nor the walls were leaking, so I don't know if it will help seal the leaks.
This is a wonderful product! However, it was shipped and was damaged upon arrival! Almost everywhere there is leakage.
It worked well for the top of the fifth wheel. The product we used a few years ago was the same as this one. I would highly recommend this product.
