Do you know how much one gallon will cover?

The Enviro White was applied in two coats to a 1500 Sq ft Propanel roof and used about 16 gallons in total. Putting it on required the use of a wash brush with a handle of 8". The roller doesn't work as well as this.

The product I bought was not great for the price I paid

It was purchased to fix a ceiling leak dripping down the wall. A dry day gave us time to dry between coats of paint after applying 3 coats according to instructions. I wish I could return it because the price was so high. Even so, it continues to leak.
