I got it and tested it. It works! Fit this one in if you must but you won't need adapters. My experience with Dorman is that 4 or 5 of the 5 items I received did not work. I called the corporate office and explained this, perhaps the bean counters were not aware of how bad their products are they still produce junk to this day, so I urge you not to buy it.
There are two ends the black one is 1/4" in diameter and the white one is 1/8" in diameter.

In return for replacing a valve on my OEM pump, I added another. I've since bought two more because the first one leaked shortly after I bought it. In one I could suck through, but in another I could only suck through in one direction. As soon as I opened it, I found a waxy material inside, perhaps used to lubricate a sealing rubber patch, but it had dried and crusted into there will be a "good" one for a long time. Poor reviews result when a record is one out of three and/or (maybe) very old stock is being analyzed.
I connected it to my Aoyue rework station to check air flow, and I found that it restricts air more than anything else. The open position was 5 units. Check valves were 2 units one way and 2 units the other. This is a flow of five units. If it is removed, I am unable to operate my heater controls, but without a correctly functioning valve I will not be able to operate my front axel.
The valve seems to block gas from flowing in either direction, which is not what I expected it to be - I thought it was a generic vacuum check valve.
There is no longer a vacuum harness available for the Corvette. It is only then possible to fix the break in the check valve. is a good method. There is too much vacuum restriction in my big cam so I can't tell you how much.
It took a lot of time to put together the tank and the electronics to run and monitor the pump, as well as a ton of time to open it and find it to be In an attempt to receive a refund, I found the price of the product does not make the effort worthwhile. Do not waste your time investing in.
Although I have purchased Dorman check valves in the past, I am not sure if this one is any better. There was a mistake in the size of this one. Since I didn't test it, I never even knew it existed.

When I went up hills, my AC would blow out the defrost vents. I had no issues using it on my 94 and 95 The 98 models have a small piece of piping to connect to the running.
