Is it possible to insert this without causing the tire bead to break?

During the last nine months, four tractor tires have held their pressure without any air displacement due to a bead breaker, a stem inserted from the inside into a hole and the nut tightened from the outside. The same situation was repeated for three other tractor tires.

What kind of rims will this fit?

The clearance with the wheel weights was a concern. Put the tire weights on and make sure you have clearance to inflate it. I was satisfied with the results.
