Whether it will work with a 2006 6 is unknown. I received a zero Can you provide me with a 350Dually service truck?

In short, yes. Putting one in my 2006 6 was a great idea. I received a zero The local currency is the South Korean won.

An international truck model 4200, v8, 6, model year 2004 is my current vehicle. This Turbo engine works on a 0 diesel, but I'm not sure if it'll work on a 2,0 diesel. ?

I agree, this is a great purchase. There was no exhaust gasket included with the Turbo.

Happy to hear from you
5/5

My lessons learned can be found here! The 4th of July saw more smoke from my truck than I did from a smoker. My car was providing exhaust leaks, so I pulled over to investigate (talking to mechanics and getting online). I am not a mechanic by trade, but I am not afraid of trying auto repairs, and this one seemed pretty straight forward. The play-and-play method.

Despite the repair going pretty smoothly (and fixing a few other things along the way), it took seven hours for me to fix the site A total of eight hours were spent The cost of the part and repair would have been $500 more if my mechanic bought the part and performed the work. If you are untrained like me, this video is crucial to a successful swap Please note *br* The Ford hardware kit "Hardware, 3C3Z-F" is a bad idea Item 9T514 You can use this turbo as long as it Please note *br* If you have oily skin, you can use petroleum jelly (vaseline) After the tubes have been installed, the tubing is glided into place with the help of rings
- The video is worth watching! When you're finished watching it, watch it again while you're working. Please note *br* In the video, it is suggested that the turbo stand (4 bolts) be loosening to align the spool. My advice would be to skip this step if I were to do it again. The bolts have to be tightened after the turbo is installed, which is a hassle. Please note *br* Please make sure you read the instructions again You will need to install your oil downspout BEFORE mounting or bolting your turbo into place, otherwise, the turbo will have to be taken out and installed again. (Don't ask how I know this. ) Please note *br* When I received my turbo, it came with some instructions on how to prime the compressor before connecting the This is what you should do! Fill the small oil intake hole on the turbo with clean engine oil after the oil feed line has been installed, but before the turbo has been mounted. The oil level should drop and then be topped up. The turbo fan should spin several times when you spin your fingers. You may need to re-fill the turbo's oil several times (I did this a few times just to make sure). Filling this with oil required me to use a small paper cup with about 1/4 full of oil. Please note *br* In fact, I spent most of my time fixing lost sockets and extending cables rather than installing the turbo again. Please note *br* Be careful not to overtighten the turbo v-mount The clamps are. Each one is $16 and I am about to add another one. (I recommend using your driver to get them enough so that you can do the remainder by hand. They don't react well to too much force from a Dewalt mini impact tool.
- He shows a number of caps for a Degas bottle in the video. A zip file was all I needed As soon as the small hoses were disconnected, they were tied together and kinked. In addition to connecting the upper hose to the degas bottle, I attached the lower hose to the degas bottle's lower outlet. Leaks are not present! Please note *br* Make sure that (both) batteries are disconnected from the negative. Please note *br* The cap on the oil filled in the oil filler was useful to remove-- Perhaps the most challenging part of reinstalling the air intake line from the air filter to the turbo was the large air intake line. Then I started it upside down and spun it in the housing, and was able to slip it in in a section at a time. Please note *br* You should make sure that everything is right before starting your truck, and you should let your truck idle for five minutes before driving so that the oil can Please note *br* The first thing I wish I had done was take before pictures of everything I was going to disassemble before I started. All came back together without any difficulty, but seeing the before pictures would have been extremely useful for seeing alignment issues and other things.

It's great to have my truck back on the road
5/5

The product fits 2006 F-type vehicles There are six 350 Powerstrokes in the world today. This diesel engine is perfect for 0 horsepower. All bolts, orings, and a new gasket for the top of the Oil Supply Line are included in the package. This is a NEW, not remanufactured unit. I was amazed at how much better my truck performed after it was tuned. After the work was done, it runs smoother, shifts better, runs faster, and accelerates smoothly again, without over- or under-shifting The throwing of boosting codes. The best thing was that it was 400 bucks cheaper than I had been quoted by my local parts/repair shop, and delivered right to my door. It was double boxed in sprayed foam with caps covering all of the openings, and it was packaged with.

I love how it fits and how it performs
5/5

In 2006, I had a new turbo installed in my Ford F350 6-speed The turbo diesel engine has a l displacement. The program has been running for a couple of weeks and seems to be working fine. I am going to improve my performance and my fuel economy. This part fitted perfectly, it matches as though it was an OEM part. Now my truck sounds and performs like a turbo once.

Exactly what I needed

The P0299 error has been fixed. Exactly the same size as the original. There is no need to purchase the oil line O rings or bolts separately since the oil line O rings and bolts come installed in this kit. The best way to learn how to install is to watch the videos on YouTube several times. In spite of what one video suggests, the base plate does not need to be loosen. The proper tools (and a case of beer) can be used to install it in a few hours. That solved my error P0299.

In a little over a thousand miles, it broke
3/5

This turbo was installed to replace the stock one that failed at 175k, which had terrible bearings right from the start, and a leaking turbo. Within 1000 miles of the failure, it was completely destroyed. My seller told me there would be a warranty, but he refused to help and sent me to GRT. Garrett does not answer the phone or respond to After buying one from one vendor, I had to purchase another one from a different vendor, leaving me with no cash on hand.

A total of 6 for me
5/5

Runs like a new computer. Adding the turbo to my 2007 6 was a good idea. The 0 had logged 211k miles before it got tired. started getting error codes related to Turbo as well. Upon calling the vendor, I was told that the box had been damaged in shipping, so I offered to have it replaced He installed it after checking it out and finding that it appeared to be okay. There are six things on my mind. No longer does 0 run as slow as it used to. Despite the fact that it was not necessary to get it replaced, I am grateful that the seller offered to replace it.

It is making a sound that should not be made
3/5

A great deal of power comes from the turbo, however the noise coming from it is alarmed us. We talked to the company and narrowed the problem down. They agreed that it wasn't right after I had it checked by a diesel shop. This is a complicated part that we are returning. It takes a lot of work to tear the engine apart to replace the part to have to do the same thing.

Exactly what I needed

The price difference between a new and reman turbo was $ 100 less than what I paid for reman. The piece of paper slipped into place with no problem. Obviously, I haven't run the truck since I am also upgrading the intercooler and fuel pump, and removing the EGR valve, but I am confident that it will make a great There was a problem with the oil seal in the old turbo and it would blow black smoke and can't travel over 20 mph. It was a relief that all the damage was on the back of the old turbo, so I didn't end up with a motor full of shrapnel!.
