This is a genuine Subaru gasket, as stated in the item description. Since I've had my 2002 WRX since new, I have replaced these gaskets numerous times due to upgrades, maintenance, etc, so I know what they look like in a dealer's shop. There's a good chance these are genuine Subaru parts, or they're a close enough imitation to make no difference from the genuine article. In either case, you can shop with confidence knowing you're getting OEM quality parts.

It is perfect for my 02 wrx stock top mount intercooler w/100k, the quality is top notch, and it is not like the cheap gaskets from auto part stores.
