I believe it is made well. It would be better if it were half an inch longer each way for my application. If the garment can be trimmed off just a little, it will fit better than if it needs to be fudged. As far as I can tell, it sealed up very well, and it's working well. I didn't find the length of the legs as stated in the description, so I had to go by the image. As luck would have it, it worked.

A rating of 3 although it is labeled as such It ended up being a 4 to 4" elbow, instead of a 5" to 4" While I did not receive the item advertised, I was able to use another adapter that I had in my possession to make it work. My mistake is that I received the wrong part. However, the piece quality looks good overall.
