It'll be fine. Amazon fitment applications are those that are listed on Amazon. Because it's an upgrade, it's written in a style that's simple to read. It will match the original within a 1/8 inch tolerance. As a result, your vehicle's precise level will be read.
Do not purchase; mine blew oil all over the engine bay when it came loose. The red handle is heavy and metal, and when struck, it burns the user's hand. I went back to OEM and wished I hadn't purchased it in the first place.
I'm not sure, but it appears to be identical!

This is a 5-star rating. If it weren't for two major flaws, it would be a five-star item:br>br>1. Before using the oil level indicator tip, double-check that it is securely attached to the flexible cable. When I wiped the first oil check with a rag, it came off. Thankfully, I was able to crimp it back on, and it has served me well thus far. This is a tack-on item. For a firm grip, they've been welded on. People have told me that they had to remove the oil pan from the engine to get the tip. 2. br>br>1. br>br>br>br>br>br The handle on the knob is made of billet aluminum. This one, unlike the original plastic dipstick handle, burns your hand if you don't use a rag or other protective measure. Just keep that in mind. br>br>With the exception of these two problems, the drilled-in The oil level is indicated EXCELLENTLY by the hole tip. On these oil-burning Mini Coopers, this is a must-have accessory. However, the aforementioned issues should be addressed as soon as possible.

Dipstick is of exceptional quality. It doesn't fix the problem right away, but that's not the fault of the dipstick; the issue is with the mini dipstick. This is by far the worst tube design I've ever seen! The only way to fix the problem is to start from scratch. The tube of the engine was designed in this way. (Which is unlikely to happen) dipstick The original is more difficult to read than this. It takes a while to get used to the slinky-like design. Don't buy it in the hopes of fixing the factory stick's poor design.
Garbage - Purchasing is not recommended. The tip snapped off in the dipstick tube the first time I used it. Spend the extra money and get a decent replacement instead of an expensive repair bill due to this terrible product.
AND THE ENGINE WAS LEFT WITH THE TIP IN IT! I had to get out of the car and remove the oil pan, which necessitated removing the passenger side wheel and fender liner - UGH!.
I'm so glad I came across it and purchased it. The stock dipstick's rubberized tip was driving me insane, and I was gaslighting myself on my oil level far too often. It's now clear: empty holes equal low, while full holes equal full.
I installed the product, but when I went to check the oil after driving the car, the red handle was extremely hot, and I burned my fingers. I had to use a towel to hold the red handle.
Is it possible to use a flexible dipstick?.
