This was a fantastic little set that I discovered. In my lm7, the diverter was a perfect fit. I lightly tapped it in with the end of a plastic screwdriver. The plug for the oil galley was also very nice. The bolt and spacer for the oil pickup tube are particularly appealing to me. For a performance build, this is fantastic insurance. I'm not sure why GM didn't use two bolts. Is it true that the oil pump is already leaking? I'm glad this was thought of! I intend to purchase this set once more, but this time from a less expensive source; my bids have already been placed. Three mirrors, keep up the good work!.
This is a piece of scum. The price is extremely low. It was a nightmare to set up. To install, I cleaned the bore thoroughly and lubricated the O-ring. It was supposed to fit nicely in the rings, but it didn't. It's as if it's just a smidgeon too big to fit.
I bought this a while ago and was hoping for better flow. The overhaul was pushed back due to a lack of bearings. So, today, on a Sunday, I went to finish the assembly and oiled up the bar bell, only to discover that the hole in the back of my LH6 Aluminum Block is not machined large enough. OR this item isn't small enough to be machined. It had something to do with 005 difference, and this block was clearly not made for it. In any case, it'll end up in the trash!.
I couldn't fit it in my lq4. I got stuck halfway through and broke the small bar in half in an attempt to free it. I went back to the factory and got a new one made of plastic.
Excellent item.
They are too big for my 2000 lq4 block, and the barbell is too big.
I'm working on an ls2, and this won't fit. It's all lubed up and on the verge of breaking if I push it any harder.
