You can refer to the RAVE manual for instructions, it works the same as OEM. These tools are almost exact copies of the factory tools, so be sure to grease all bearings and threads to keep them running smoothly

Although my unit did the job well enough, it broke soon after first use, one of the thrust bearings broke off. As a cure, I packed it up with grease and oil to keep the ball bearings in position (plus I used Exxon Valdese with the oil on the forcing threads) and it worked like a charm. The package also came with an attractive, but unnecessary plastic case. A cardboard box would do the trick. In short, it gave me four stars because it was the lowest cost tool that did its job to a reasonable degree with limited hassles. This was the first battery pack I used on a supercharged nightmare car, a 2010 Range Rover. With the exception of a minor issue I experienced, this piece of hardware is comparable to many factory tools I have used in the past. The device should last a long time as long as it is used carefully. I also kept my appointment, even with the holidays, to show up at my home on time.
I had to buy another unit a bit higher priced but this worked well for us. We did not have any problems with this tool after setting it up correctly. The fact that we wasted over $300 is unfortunate.
I found this tool very useful. This tool is essential for removing and installing the Jag crank pulley on a Land Rover. I didn't mind spending a little more on it since it was slightly more expensive than I could find elsewhere online, but the two-day prime shipping sold me on it. This was written on a 5 inch paper. There are no LR4 compatible styles, but is recommended that they can be used with 3 styles. There are 0 V6 LR/Jags.
I have used it on four occasions The total number of rovers is 5. The company is still doing well. I have never had an issue with the crank bolt coming out. This, coupled with the timing locking kit, gets the crank bolt out every time. I have also never had an issue with the crank pulley coming out or being put in.
I found it to be a great tool! You will only need to use it once It seems like ball bearings are falling out of the wheels. All other aspects seem to be working well.
It behaved just like the special tools in the original. Using this tool multiple times should not be a problem.
This set came with a timing chain puller that broke apart after performing one timing chain job. Waiting to be contacted about replacement of the puller. I've had this computer for a week now.
