After using their bearings and rings, my rotating assembly runs like butter. I had a problem with the rings (my fault), so I emailed them, and they responded very quickly (even on Thanksgiving) and explained why I was having problems, as well as sending me a new box of rings, despite the fact that the original rings were in perfect condition. Kit makes everything very simple and provides excellent customer service. a suggestion.
