On my '04 with the 5, it worked. To be certain, measure the distance between the side reservoirs, as there are two possible widths. The oil cooler was unnecessary in my case.

before putting in the rings! This radiator was purchased due to its reasonable price and proper fitment. Everything appeared to be in order until I ran the truck and discovered that I was losing transmission fluid. The transmission line ports in the radiator were the source of the noise. When I dismantled it, I discovered ruber o- To seal it, there were rings that sat in the treaded ports. Both o- The rings were pinched and shredded after being installed incorrectly. I was fortunate in that I caught it early and only lost about a quarter of a gallon of transmission fluid.
It's a good fit and simple to put together. It was well packaged, but the styrofoam on the ends had broken apart, and several small pieces were found inside the intakes or radiator. To get as much of the styrofoam out as possible, I had to force air into the radiator for a while.
Product was exactly as described, fitment was identical to OEM, and installation was a breeze. Styrofoam and bubble wrap were used to properly pack the product. My only gripe is that the overflow fitting was not covered and was jammed full of foam. Before I could install the radiator, I had to dig it out.
